3HA Care Service was established, building on the foundation of 3HA Limited.

Underwent our first Care Quality Commission inspection, with about 29 service users.
First CQC "Good" rating
Achieved our first "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission.
Company expansion
Began expanding through acquisitions, including Danbury Care and, more recently, Medical Partnership in the Rayleigh area and surroundings.
DAC and Dengie
Worked with Essex County Council to acquire DAC; the area grew into Dengie.
CQC "Good" rating
Care Quality Commission again rated our services "Good".
North Essex branch
Opened our new North Essex office branch on 16 February 2026.
